Shipping & Delivery

All standard orders are shipped within 1 business day not including weekends.

Standard orders are shipped via USPS, which normally takes 2 - 5 business days for delivery after the order is shipped.

We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse.

How can I track my package?

When your order is shipped, we automatically send you an email with the tracking number of your package.

International Shipping:

All international orders get shipped using DHL, and the package tracking will only go as far as it reached your country. Then it gets handed off to the local postal service in your country, and tracking stops as the majority of countries don't use delivery confirmation technology.

It is your responsibility to get in touch with your country's postal service regarding any delivery issues.

For any order reaches the destination country we will consider it as delivered and we can't accept refund requests in that case.
