Our warehouse is designed to fulfill all orders automatically once they have been placed on our website. Therefore, we cannot intervene in the process to cancel order modify your order.
As a matter of policy, we regret to inform our valued customers that we cannot assume responsibility for any loss or theft of packages that are deemed delivered by the carrier tracking system. Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds for such cases.
Due to the nature of prop money and the fact that it is designed to be distinguishable from real currency, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if customers complain that the quality is not realistic enough. Please note that our prop money is intended for use in photography, film, or theatrical productions, and should not be used for any illegal purposes. All sales are final. Please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order. If you have any questions or concerns about our prop money, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
For returns and refunds, we entertain requests only in cases where you have received a damaged or wrong product. We expect our customers to communicate the issue within three (3) days of receipt. The item/s being returned should be in the original condition and packaging and should not be damaged or altered. Please note that all shipping costs, including return shipping costs, will be borne by the customer.
In order to avoid any complications or issues, we strongly advise customers to use tracked shipping options while returning items to us. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during the return shipping process.
